Sue from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased a single day park hopper ticket. Then I purchased a Believe pass separately. Is there anyway to apply the cost of the ticket to what I’ve already paid for the pass?

    Hi ya, Sue!

Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on your new Magic Key! I'm sure there will be many wonderful park days in your future. With the Disney100 Celebration going strong this is an extra magical year at Disneyland Park!

Unfortunately, applying a park ticket to an already purchased Magic Key is not possible. I'm so sorry, I know that's not the answer you were hoping for. I would suggest gifting your unused extra ticket to a friend or family member so they can join you on one of your visits! If the single-day ticket is linked to your name you can call the Tickets phone number to have a Cast Member change the name for you.

As a new Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder make sure you're following the official Magic Key account on Instagram. And don't forget, you also get access to benefits and discounts across the Disneyland Resort...sometimes even at the Disneyland Resort Hotels!

I hope you and a friend or loved one are able to visit real soon, Sue! Be sure to stop by again if we can help plan your next adventure!

    Keep moving forward!
