Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So happy to hear from a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder! I recently ordered my
complimentary Annual Pass Magic Band on the
My Disney Experience Account website and was so excited to be able to upgrade to a character MagicBand! What you need to make sure, first and foremost, is that your
Disney Silver Annual Pass is linked to your My Disney Experience Account. Once it is linked, you should be getting the option to place an order when you click on "
My MagicBands and Cards", under the "My Disney Experience" icon on the right top corner. I have found that if it doesn't appear right away, you may want to refresh the page or log off and then log back in. If you continue having trouble ordering the MagicBand, you can call (407) 939-4357 and speak with Guest Services. Someone should be able to assist you with your My Disney Experience Account.
