If I purchased a shirt at Magic Kingdom can I return to Disney Springs if not sold at Disney SpringS

    Hi David,

Absolutely! Returning merchandise at a different store should not be a problem at all! My dad recently bought a polo shirt at Magic Kingdom, but it didn't turn out to be a good fit for him in the end. Since all of our admission tickets had been used already, we returned the item at World of Disney in Disney Springs. It was great in the end as we were able to do some last-minute shopping before heading back to the hotel to catch our Disney's Magical Express motor coach ride back to the airport.

I would advise you to bring the receipt if you still have it. If you don't, don't panic. Cast Members should be able to track down the transaction, if you used your MagicBand or credit card. If you didn't, ask to see if they might be able to locate it by providing details you may remember such as the time and location where the item was bought.

If you would like more detailed information, you can contact a Disney Cast Member at 1-877-560-6477 or email them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com.

David, I hope this has been helpful! Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel should you need further assistance. We love to help!

    Wishing you a pixie-dusted day,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
