    I purchased season pass today. Haven’t used. Can I cancel this purchase?

    Hey, Christina and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    For Tiggers like me, a Walt Disney World Resort annual pass is "practically perfect in every way." From discounts on dining, merchandise, parking and hotel reservations, we more than make up for the cost of the annual pass in one year.

    Since all tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, I would contact Ticket Guest Services at 407-566-4985 and choose Option #4. Make sure to explain to the Cast Member who takes your call why you need to cancel the annual pass order. Just so you know, the annual pass does not start until the first time you use it at a Walt Disney World theme park. You have about 24 months to activate your pass before Disney will require a price difference between your annual pass and the future annual pass price. So you could consider this purchase as an investment for the future as the price will only increase.

    Disney Dad Tip: Should you decide to keep your annual pass, make sure to carry it with you all over Walt Disney World Resort. You will be asked to show it for all discounts.
