Welcome back to
planDisney, James! We are happy to see you again.
Ah! If this is your first time staying at
Disney's Grand California Hotel & Spa, I am sure you will absolutely love it! It is one of my favorite Disneyland Resort Hotels. Be sure to dine at the
GCH Craftsman Bar and try the
Baked Nachos. Yum! And did you know that you have the benefit of
Early Entry to the Theme Parks by staying at an on-property hotel?
Now, before you can register for Disability Access Service (DAS), you will need to make your
Theme Park Reservations. When you purchase a
Vacation Package, your
Travel ePackage (including Theme Park Tickets) will be delivered electronically to your linked Disney account four days prior to your arrival. However, you can make your
reservations before your tickets appear in your account. You can do this by
linking the Disneyland Resort Hotel confirmation number you received via email. Next, visit the
My Theme Park Reservations webpage and you should see your tickets here. All you will need to do is click on each ticket to make a reservation! You can also link your hotel reservations and make your park reservations on the
Disneyland Mobile App.
You can
pre-register for DAS online via live video chat with a Cast Member. Simply visit
https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/disability-access-service/register/ and scroll toward the bottom of the page to pre-register. You will need to do it between 2 to 30 days in advance of a park visit. You can also register in person on the day of your visit by visiting a
Guest Information location. Regardless of the way you register, DAS is valid for the duration of the ticket.
If you have additional questions regarding DAS feel free to call
(407) 560-2547.
I hope this information helps you, James! And if you think of any other questions, you know where to find us! We are here to help.
Your Pal,
Alejandra
