If you've linked your resort stay but don't see your theme park tickets, I'd first suggest checking the
My Disney Experience App or Website. Log into your My Disney Experience account, navigate to "Tickets and Passes" in the app or the "My Plans" section on the website. Your tickets should appear here if they are properly linked to your account.
If the tickets don’t appear, ensure they were linked to your account. Go to the "Link Tickets" option in the app or website and enter the ticket confirmation number or barcode from your purchase. Look for the confirmation email from Disney regarding your ticket purchase. This will include details like ticket numbers or a link to add them to your account.
If your tickets still don’t appear, contact
Disney’s Guest Services for assistance. They can help ensure your tickets are correctly linked.
