Kerri from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased and reserved 3 tickets for yesterday, however only two of us were able to go - how can I reserve the unused ticket for another week?

Hey there, Kerri! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by with your ticket question.

I'm sorry to hear that someone in your group was unable to join you on your recent trip to Disneyland Resort. If the ticket is unused, all you will need to do is make a new theme park ticket reservation for that ticket for a new available day.

If you have the ticket linked to your account, you will just need to go to the "Ticket and Reservation Details" page and click on "Make Park Reservations". On this next page, click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". Here is where you will select which ticket you want to make the theme park reservation for and go through the process of picking a date and park for your reservation. Once you have finished the process, you should receive an email with confirmation. Easy peasy!

I know you mentioned you used two of your tickets last week, so you hopefully know your way around the parks. I wanted to make sure you were aware of two of my favorite features in the Disneyland app. The first is the mobile ordering feature, which allows you to mobile order your food and drinks from participating quick-service locations throughout the parks. This really can save a lot. of time and makes it convenient to order a snack while you are in line for an attraction and then pick it up once you are done! The other would be the mobile dine walk-up list. With this feature, you can join a walk-up list for participating locations when available if you were not able to get reservations in advance.

Kerri, thanks again for stopping by with your question. I hope your visit is full of magic! See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
