Heather from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased & reserved tickets for my son and boyfriend for 11/13. He just ended our relationship. I cannot afford to lose this money as I'm a single mom. Can I please get a refund for his ticket? Thank you for your help!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Heather!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored and privileged to answer your question. We are most grateful to be a part of your planning team.

I am so sorry that you are dealing with so much in your life right now. In the midst of all of this, we all know you are the BEST Mom ever, and we are all your biggest cheerleaders! OK...I do want to inform you that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable. While I know this was not the news you wanted to hear, I do have a bit of good news for you! If you are not able to visit before your tickets expire, I do want you to know that you can apply the price you paid for your tickets to purchase new tickets when you are able to visit again.

Exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing. That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

We hope to See You Real Soon!
