I purchased and reserved a day for 3 Disneyland tickets, but would like a Park Hopper for Disneyland and California Adventure for that day. Can I upgrade them to Park Hopper passes?

Hi Kristina! Welcome to planDisney. The countdown has begun and before you know it you will be walking through that tunnel and onto Main Street, U.S.A.

You absolutely can upgrade One Park Per Day tickets to a Park Hopper ticket. To do this you would have to go to the Main Entrance Ticket Booth and have a Cast Member assist you in upgrading those tickets. Upgrading the tickets means you would be given new ticket numbers and so unfortunately your park reservations for your current tickets would be canceled. This means you would need to double-check the Theme Park Reservation Calendar to make sure there is availability for the day so you can make new reservations. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to Ticket Services.

I highly recommend upgrading to Park Hopper tickets if you only have one day to enjoy the Disneyland Resort. This means you can hop over to Disney California Adventure Park and check out the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival going on while you are there. You will be able to delight in many culinary treats in the marketplace, live music, and so much more. Then head into Avengers Campus where you may just pass by your favorite hero or try to go up against Spider-Bots.

Kristina, I hope this information is helpful for you. We appreciate you stopping by and would love to hear from you again if there are any other questions you have! See ya real soon!
