Hi! I purchased and reserved 4 adults and 1 child ticket for our visit. However, I accidentally assigned my daughter an adult ticket, and, subsequently the adult the child ticket. How do I update the names, please?

    Hiya, Mia!

Welcome to planDisney! We are SOOOO excited you stopped by, and we are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It also looks like you will be arriving in a few days! YESSSSSS! I am counting down the days with you!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that it is not required for you to change the names on your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets that have not been assigned properly! When your party arrives at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using their specific Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. At that point, each ticket will be assigned to the person on the ticket, not to the name on the ticket. WOO HOO! Don't you just love happy endings?!

I sure hope this helps you in your planning! NOW, it's time to go and enjoy the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! As more and more information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I highly recommend you following Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date and TIGGER-ific Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way! In fact, we are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
