Hello. I am purchased and registered my ticket already but forgot the actual ticket at home. Is there a way I can still access the park without the physical ticket?

Hi there, Jackie! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh, bother! I'm so sorry you forgot your ticket just when you're about to embark on your Walt Disney World Resort adventure. But don't you worry about a thing, Jackie! Just like Winnie the Pooh, let's think-think-think and make sure you can pop into the theme parks when you arrive.

It sounds like you might have already linked your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. If so, we have a couple of choices. One handy option is to use your phone as your ticket with Disney's new MagicMobile service. Just open up the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. On the next page, click on the "Disney MagicMobile" tile. Next, click on "Set Up Your Pass," and follow the directions to create your mobile ticket and add it to your wallet. When you arrive at the theme parks, you'll hold your phone up to the entrance touchpoint, and just like magic, you're in!

If you have trouble creating a mobile ticket or you'd prefer to use an Admission Card, just bring the email confirmation you received when you purchased your ticket, along with your photo ID, to the Guest Relations window at the theme park entrance. A Cast Member can issue you a new card as easily as Pooh digs into a pot of honey!

I hope this helps set your mind at ease, Jackie. Have a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, and please come see us again real soon!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
