    Hi! We purchased a refillable popcorn bucket in Disney World this past May and are headed to Disneyland this month. Can we bring our bucket to refill in Disneyland, or do we need to purchase a new one? Thanks!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Bethany! 

    I love snacking on popcorn at the Disney Parks. I recently purchased a refillable popcorn bucket at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. It’s actually a treasured collectible to our family now. While we would love to be able to take our bucket to “Walt Disney’s Original Magic Kingdom,” popcorn buckets from Walt Disney World Resort are not refillable at the Disneyland Resort. Once in a while, the Disneyland Resort offers limited-time opportunities to refill popcorn buckets, such as with a Main Street Electrical Parade popcorn bucket this past summer. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to find out if another similar offer becomes available during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

    I love the special popcorn experience at the Disneyland Resort. Be sure to look for the “popcorn people” at many of the carts. Sometimes called “roastie-toasties,” these cute dolls help Cast Members keep that popcorn fresh and fun. Various flavors of popcorn from the Main Street Popcorn Company are also available from select merchandise locations. My family likes to grab a few packages of these prepackaged snacks from Seaside Souvenirs to enjoy while we wait for World of Color at Disney California Adventure Park. For an out-of-this-world flavor, stop by Kat Saka's Kettle, where you can also find a new chocolate popcorn with Crait Red Salt.
