    I purchased and received a photo pass archive USB from our Nov. 2019 trip to WDW. It says there were instructions included in the case which I cannot find. Do you know what the instructions said??? Thanks.

    Oh, I am sure that you have countless magical memories from your trip to Walt Disney World; looking at so many of them captured with Disney PhotoPass must bring you smiles for days to come!

    Your Disney PhotoPass Archive USB is a great way to save those images, plus all of those gorgeous high-resolution images that are included as a bonus. (Those make me smile, too!) If you need assistance using your Disney PhotoPass Archive USB, call Disney Photo Imaging Guest Support at (407) 560-4300 (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, seven days a week) or email them at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com. Cast Members there have been able to find my missing photos, advise me on image expiration, and so much more. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you, too!
