    I have purchased the quick service meal plan but I am not sure how and when we get the refillable mug? We received our magic bands but not sure if the mugs are given out at resort or sent to us. Thank You

    Hi Dotteen!

    It sounds like your vacation is almost here! Congratulations! You must be so thrilled to be heading to the magical Walt Disney World Resort so soon.

    You will receive your Rapid Fill mugs at your resort, so no need to worry about packing them in your luggage. At the resort, head to the quick-service dining location, pick out your mugs and take them to the cashier where you'll let them know you are on the dining plan. The Cast Member will activate them for you and you'll be good to go.
