Purchased the Quick Service Dining Plan through our travel agent along with room and tickets. Do we still get the luggage tags, arcade card etc even though we did not get package directly through Disney? If so when do we get them? Arrive 08-04 nothing yet.

    Hi Linda!

I use an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner all of the time.  She usually receives the paperwork from Disney, including the luggage tags for Disney's Magical Express, and then forwards everything to me.  You should contact your agent and ask.  However, I wanted to let you know that as long as you have your reservation number at Walt Disney World, you will be fine!  That is because you can just check-in to Disney's Magical Express with just that; you don't need actual DME luggage tags or paperwork.  If you don't have DME luggage tags then it just means that you will have to pick up your luggage yourself at the luggage carousel and then bring them with you to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center.  I actually prefer doing that because it mean my luggage and I both show up at my Disney resort at the same time.

Once you arrive at Disney, you can pick up anything missing.  The most important thing of course will be your Key to the World card which will also be used for theme park admission and for your Quick Service Dining Plan.

Anyways, I hope this helps to put your mind at rest a little bit.  Please write back if you have any more questions!  Have a magical vacation!
