Hi, I just purchased my pixie pass online. Am I able to link it so it is in my apple wallet or would I need to pick it up physically, and if so where would I get it?

    Hi Alexis! Welcome to planDisney.

I hope you get to put that new purchase to use very soon at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. At all four theme parks keep your eyes open for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make the perfect selfie backgrounds to share with family and on social media. You can find my favorite guy, Donald Duck in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park.

Congrats on choosing the Disney Pixie Dust Annual Pass for Florida Residents. The answer to your questions depends if you completed the proof of Florida Residency at the time of purchase online. If you did, simply link your pass to the My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," followed by the "+" sign, and "Link Tickets & Passes." Follow the prompts to link. Go back to "Disney MagicMobile," click on the "+" sign, select your guest name, and again follow the directions. Once your Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass is created, add it to your Apple Wallet. I suggest setting your pass to "Express Mode" which will eliminate the need to unlock your phone at the gate.

If you have not verified your Florida Residency, you will need to stop by a ticket booth located outside of all parks, Guest Relations, or visit The Ticket Center at Disney Springs. You need to have a photo ID, proof of purchase, the original form of payment, and an approved form of Florida Residency. They will activate your pass and you will be issued a shiny new Annual Pass Card. Friendly reminder, Disney Park Pass Reservations are required prior to theme park visits. Here is the theme park availability calendar to check your dates. Also, remember Disney Pixie Dust Annual Pass is subject to blackout dates.
