    I purchased pictures movie maker and they have not been sent to me yet , I called and no answer, I was able to see the pictures at the park and I did pay for them I’ve been emailing and no answer, how can I get my pictures, I do have the receipt Thanks

    I hope you had the BEST time at Walt Disney World Resort! Like you, I love looking back at our photos from our visit - they bring me so much joy. It's my pleasure to help with some suggestions so you can enjoy your vacation photos and enjoy the sweet memories.

    I want to make sure I understand your question, Anna. I think you are saying that you purchased Memory Maker during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and are asking when you will receive physical photos. To clarify, Memory Maker gives you access to your Disney PhotoPass photos - those are the photos you take with PhotoPass photographers or those captured while you're on an attraction. The photos will appear without a watermark in your My Disney Experience account, and you'll be able to download them to your smartphone, cloud photo storage account, or desktop computer for 45 days after your vacation. With Memory Maker, physical photos are not sent to you; if you wanted to print copies of the photos you download, you're welcome to do that through your favorite photo printing service.

    If you're saying that you ordered personalized photo products through Disney PhotoPass Service (like a mug, ornament, or another keepsake) and are waiting for the items you ordered to arrive, you should call EZ Prints at  (877) 651-4321.     It sounds like you've been having trouble reaching a Cast Member, and I'm so sorry to hear that. A Cast Member there may be able to better understand your question and direct you to someone who can help.
