I'd love to help you download the photo you purchased of your son. Those cruise photos carry special memories, and I want you to be able to treasure them forever. I'll first walk you through the steps to access and download the photos, but if you have tried that and haven't had any luck, I suggest that you reach out to the Photograph Guest Services team. Their email address is: dcl.photo@disneycruise.com.
To access your photo, please head to
disneycruise.disney.go.com and select Sign In at the top of the screen. Be sure to sign in with your Username and Password. From there, look for the tab titled 'Already Booked' and click the
My Cruise Photos link under the My Account Section. If you are properly signed in, you should see your photo gallery. If the photo you purchased wasn't linked to you, there will be instructions shared to retrieve it. Once you see your linked photo, you should be able to click the checkmark on the photo and then proceed to download it by clicking the blue Download button.
I highly suggest using a computer instead of a phone or tablet to access your photo. If you have a poor internet connection, perhaps you could try again from a location with strong wifi access, such as your local library or a nearby cafe. If none of my suggestions have been helpful, please email the Photograph Guest Services team for additional assistance.
