Hello, I purchased the photos from photopass to be downloaded and I can not find how to download them. Is this something you can help me with? Thank you!

    Hi Lana!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort PhotoPass question to us hEAR!

It sounds like you had some fantastic Disney Days recently, Lana, and want to relive the magic and memories by downloading your Disney PhotoPass photos!  I don't have the proper magic mirror to see what you see on your side, but I have some guesses. First, here is the link to the Disney PhotoPass website; be sure to use the same login information that you used with your Disneyland vacation. After signing in if you don't see your photos on this website, try your Disneyland Mobile App. If you can see your photos in either or both of the services without a watermark, then you should be good to go. You'll select each photo individually to view it, and then you can choose to download each image to your phone or your computer. If you're on a desktop version of the website you can even order photo products like mugs and calendars as well as individual prints directly from your account!

If your photos still have a watermark on them or you don't see your photos at all, then you should contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support line at (714) 520-7106. This would be true no matter how you paid for your PhotoPass, either as the '7-day' product where you get rights to download all of the images taken over seven days or through the brand new Disney Genie+ service, which also includes digital downloads of all photos taken each day that you purchased Genie+. Do note that there is a timeframe that these photos have to be viewed and downloaded in, which is usually 30 days from the day they were taken, not 30 days from the last day of your vacation. It's possible that if your trip was over 30 days ago that you can for a fee extend the expiration dates by a few weeks, but your best bet to do that is to call the PhotoPass Support line as soon as possible.

I'm so sorry that this answer didn't provide more solid assistance, Lana. I do hope that you're able to download your photos soon. Thank you again for reaching out to us here, and if you have any questions for any future Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Vacation Club, or Disney Cruise Line vacations, We're All Ears!
