    We purchased photos while on our cruise (May 9-13) and the onboard confirmation said they'd be in our account, I can't find them. Where/how do I access the photos we purchased?

    I hope you've had a wonderful time on your most recent adventure. I'd love to help you dig up those treasured photos from your vacation. Cruise photos are an extra special type of treasure. We don't want them buried for a moment longer! 

    First, begin by visiting https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/photos/ and log in with your Disney Profile. If you don't see your photos after logging in, you can link them using your Castaway Club ID. Click the Link option at the top right of your screen. Enter in your Castaway Club ID and click the Link Photos button. 

    After you have claimed your photos, it can take up to 60 minutes for the watermark to disappear. I hope after following those steps, your treasured photos are yours to print, share, save, and reflect on for years to come!
