I have purchased the photo pass. While mine is activated and displaying normal another member of my party has Photo Pass written across the pictures. How do we let her view the pictures properly. Many Thanks

Hi Elizabeth! I hope your visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be full of magical moments, and I am happy to help with your question to continue the magic!

The very first thing you want to do is make sure the person in your group is a part of your "Family & Friends" list on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app, and click on the "≡"icon. Scroll down and click on "My Profile". Select "Family & Friends List", and if she isn't listed, select, "Add a Guest" and fill in her information. Make sure you also click "Yes" to share your list with your connected guests, so that any plans you may make during your visit (including dining and Lightning Lane attractions) can be done together.

I love using Disney PhotoPass services during my visits, and I hope you and your group have a wonderful time capturing magical moments, including the fun attraction photos. You can download all the photos that you wish to keep up to 45 days past your first photo taken. Once you go past the 45 days, you may purchase an expiration exemption, and you will have up to your 60-day mark to download photos. Don't forget to purchase Disney Genie+ during your visits to the Disney parks, and check out the fun photo filters in the Disney PhotoPass Lenses section! I hope all of this information helps you with your visit, Elizabeth, and I hope you have the most "practically perfect" visit to Walt Disney World!

    The Magic Awaits!
