Hi there, Angie, and welcome to planDisney!
From photos in front of the iconic Cinderella Castle to those cool shots with Woody in Toy Story Land, I know that you captured so many memories on your last visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. You're most likely having trouble seeing the
PhotoPass photos because they expire after 45 days of being taken. But there may be some hope!
There is an expiration extension of 15 additional days. I am quite terrible at math, but perhaps this window includes the times in which your group took photos. If this is the case, log in to the
Walt Disney World PhotoPass website or call the
PhotoPass phone number on this page to purchase this package. And be sure to download them to your computer right away because this extension can only be done once.
AN EXTRA GEM: Make sure your filters for your photos in the My Disney Experience app or PhotoPass website have "Include Family & Friends" toggled on as well. Some of the photos could have been scanned by other people in your party.
I am thinking happy thoughts and sending you pixie dust from here in Florida! I hope that your precious memories can be recovered. If you have any other questions about your past or future visits,
please stop by planDisney again, Angie.
Magic always,
LeAndra
