Hi Marina! I’m so happy to welcome you back to planDisney. You’ve come to the right place! I love Memory Maker and purchase it for most of my Walt Disney World Resort vacations, so I’m here to help.
Isn’t it so fun to see all of the beautiful photos taken by the Disney PhotoPass photographers? The attraction photos are always some of our favorites, too! I’m sure you are eager to download those images, so let’s take a look at how to remove the watermark.
When you click on an image in your photo gallery in the
My Disney Experience app, you should see the option to download the image on the bottom left of the screen.
Here’s a very important step: be sure you are clicking on the oldest image in your gallery (usually from your first park day). This is important because you want to activate your
Memory Maker starting at the beginning of your vacation. Memory Maker is valid for 30 days from the date of the first image you activate.
When you click Download below the image, the next screen will show you if you have a Disney PhotoPass entitlement available. At the bottom of the screen, there will be a green bar that says Activate. When you click there, you should then be able to officially activate Memory Maker and download your PhotoPass media without any watermarks.
If you don't see the option to activate it or you need additional help, you can
call Disney PhotoPass Support. If you happen to still be at Walt Disney World Resort, you can also visit Guest Relations or a ticket window, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
Marina, I hope this helps you download your priceless vacation memories! If you have any more questions, be sure to come back and see us again soon at planDisney.
See you on Main Street,
Casey
