Aloha, Leinani!
Yay! You are almost ready for your Disneyland Resort vacation. I also had a similar experience recently with receiving
Disney eTickets. Normally, when ordering eTickets, an email comes with a link to an online eTicket viewer. But this time, I didn’t happen to get an email with the viewer link. I checked my email inbox and spam/junk mail folder. But the email appeared to have been lost. In my case, it wasn’t a big deal, because the eTickets also automatically showed up in the
Disneyland app where I was logged in using the same account I used to purchase the
theme park tickets. But I can understand the frustration if that email hasn’t arrived for you too.
If your parking voucher is not showing up in the Disneyland app (swipe left and right on the tickets screen to scroll through all the tickets on your device) and the confirmation email with the eTicket viewer link is missing, then you will want to
contact the Disneyland Resort ticket and information line. The friendly Cast Members on that line will be able to investigate the case of the missing parking vouchers for you. You can reach them at (714) 781-INFO or (714) 781-4636. You’ll want to have your name, and account information handy. I recommend having the form of payment used for the online transaction available so they can look it up based on that as well.
Tony’s Tip: To complete your digital preparations for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort, make sure to download the free
Play Disney Parks app. With trivia, games, access to music, and more, it’s a great way to immerse yourself even more in the theme parks of the Disneyland Resort. One of my favorite activities in the Play Disney Parks app is
accessing free stories from the
Fortune Tellers of Disneyland Park.
Good luck with finding your missing parking vouchers, Leinani. And may you have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort.
