    I purchased a parking voucher but have not received it.

    Hi Shelley! Welcome to planDisney.

    Your visit to the Disneyland Resort will be here before you know it - hurray! I bet you are counting down the days until you are inside the magic and enjoying all the frightful fun of Halloween Time

    Shelley, there are two places to look for your Disneyland Resort parking vouchers. First, I would look through your email - if you ordered eTickets, you should have received a link to an eTicket viewer, and your theme park tickets and parking vouchers should appear there. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders in case Stitch sent them there as part of his daily mischief-making. The other spot to look is in the Disneyland mobile app. If you swipe through your Tickets, the vouchers should appear there. 

    If you've checked both of these spots and still no vouchers, you will need to call and speak with a friendly Cast Member. The best number is (714) 781-INFO; if you can, have the form of payment you used for the transaction handy so they can easily search their records.

    Shelley, you can find maps and more information on the Parking webpage. As Guests Return to a Land of Magic, some experiences and services are temporarily unavailable.
