Hey there, Amy! Thanks so much for swinging by planDisney with your question. You must be very excited to get to the Happiest Place on Earth this week!
I can understand wanting to be fully prepared and making sure your
theme park tickets are intact. I have tickets and reservations myself for later in March, so I will explain what I see, which will hopefully help you too. In my
Disneyland mobile app, I can click on “Future Plans” and see my
theme park reservations. When I click on any of those reservations, it takes me to the relevant page on the
Disneyland Resort website within my account, to view details about my reservation. In the reservation itself, it does not note the ticket type. However, when I go to “Tickets and Passes” in the Disneyland mobile app, I can see in the title of the ticket what type it is – in my case, like you, I have Park Hopper tickets. A reservation is associated with a ticket, so making changes to a reservation should not impact the ticket type.
When you make a reservation for a
Park Hopper ticket, you are reserving which park you will start at, and after 1:00 p.m. you can hop to the other park and continue moving back and forth between the parks as much as you’d like the remainder of the day. I really love park hopping at Disneyland Resort because the parks are so incredibly close. In fact, on my recent trip last week, I decided to count my steps from gate to gate – 116 was the total step count!
If you still have questions about your tickets and reservations, you can contact
Ticket Services via phone or through the “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app. They could take a closer look with you for peace of mind.
I wish you a truly magical visit!
