Hi Gregory,
Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
First, let me say I can empathize with your disappointment because we had a similar ticket situation. Hope is not lost! You may be able to apply the value of those tickets towards new tickets. Unfortunately, I cannot do that for you. You will need to
contact a Cast Member in Existing Tickets by phone. I just called to speak with a Cast Member today and the hold time was just over 40 minutes. A few days ago, the hold time was much longer but I stayed on hold to get my ticket issue resolved.
If you booked a vacation package or resort hotel, make sure that you link that
vacation package or resort hotel reservation in your
My Disney Experience account. To link a reservation, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans to
Link Reservations and Purchases.
Once you get those tickets sorted out, make sure those are linked as well. Then you can make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Then, review the
advanced dining reservation window and start researching which restaurants you want to experience on your trip.
Gregory, we are all so excited to get ready for
The World's Most Magical Celebration. The new fireworks shows are top on my list. I am headed to visit in a few weeks and cannot wait for the debut of
Disney Enchantment and
Harmonious! Remember, just call to speak with a Cast Member in Existing Tickets and they should be able to help!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
