HI there! I have purchased my park tickets and they are visible on my Disney Ex App. I cannot link my Memory Maker, pick a park, etc. Are there options going to pop up once I am 30 days from my ticket window? Or is something wrong?

    Greetings Dayna!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such a great question! With just a little over a month away until you arrive, you must be getting excited about your upcoming adventure!

It looks like you are arriving just in time to catch the tail end of the 2020 Epcot International Festival of the Arts. This unique festival celebrates art, entertainment, and food with beautiful visual arts, performing arts, and even exceptional featured artists. You can also grab some delicious bites as you travel around Epcot, taking in all the sights! One of my favorite offerings during this exciting festival is the Disney on Broadway Concert Series. Featured during the concerts are some of the most beloved show tunes performed live with pairs of Disney on Broadway stars! With multiple performances each day, I sure hope you will be able to fit a performance into your schedule!

It is great that you can see your Theme Park tickets in your My Disney Experience. If you are staying outside of the Walt Disney World Resort, you won’t be able to choose your FastPass+ selections until 30 days prior to your arrival date. Beginning 30 days before you arrive – starting at 7:00 AM Eastern Time, you can begin to secure up to 3 FastPass+ selections for one park per day of your visit to some of the best attractions and entertainment options!

Most often, if you purchase Memory Maker in advance, it will likely be linked to your Disney account. However, you may still need to Link Memory Maker to your Disney account before you can begin downloading photos. You will need to enter your Memory Maker ticket ID number that is listed on your receipt or email confirmation of purchase. When you see a Disney PhotoPass location or select dining and attraction locations, ask the photographer to tap your MagicBand or card, and your photos will magically appear on your account! You can download them almost immediately using the My Disney Experience Mobile app to your smartphone, or you can wait until you have returned home and download them all at once.

I hope that I have helped to answer your question! Please stop back to see us again real soon!
