I purchased park tickets for my vacation earlier this month but had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. Is there any way I can have the tickets credited or frozen till my next trip.

    Hi Karen:

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so sorry to hear that you have had to cancel your vacation due to a family emergency.  I hope everything turns out well.  I do have some good news for you.  Magic Your Way Theme Park Tickets are valid for 14 days once they are activated upon first use.  So you can save those tickets for when you are able to reschedule your vacation and they will not expire since you did not actually enter a Theme Park.

    Have a magical day!
