    I purchased park tickets right before the pandemic and would like a refund. How do I go about accomplishing that.

    Thanks for stopping by the planDisney Panel! I am sorry that you will not be able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, this pandemic has caused many of us to modify or cancel travel plans. For the most part, theme park tickets are non-refundable.   However, I would recommend that contact  you the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 566-4985 to discuss the ticket options. I apologize for not having a more concrete answer as the information is constantly changing as we weather the storm.  I would recommend that you also familiarize yourself with this page as it contains the most up to date information on the re-opening of the theme parks: Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go
