Hello there, Crystal!
I’m so glad your vacation is right before the end of The World’s Most Magical Celebration- the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort. Make sure to see the
Beacons of Magic at the four theme parks and the
Harmonious nighttime spectacular at the World Showcase in EPCOT. Can you tell that I love nighttime spectaculars?
Like Elsa, you can let all of your worries go because I love helping Walt Disney World Resort Guests with technology. Sometimes tickets don’t automatically get linked to your
My Disney Experience app, and that’s fine because you can link them manually. Before we do that, let’s see if your tickets show up on the My Disney Experience account website. First, go to “
My Plans,” scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets,” and press the “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” tab. Your tickets should appear below. If not, you can link them on the
website or the app.
In order to link your tickets, you'll need to find your email with the ticket confirmation number from a Walt Disney World Reservation email address. Once you open the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, press the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “Tickets and Passes.” On the “Link to Account” page, select the “Type ID” tab. You can enter your ticket ID number here to link your media. If this doesn’t work, I’d try closing out the app, restarting your phone, and trying these tips again.
If none of these suggestions help, I suggest calling the
My Disney Experience app tech team listed on this page. I truly hope I solved your technical issue by sprinkling a bit of pixie dust your way.
Let me know if you need anything else or want any recommendations for your upcoming vacation.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
