Hi there, Debbie! Thanks so much for stopping by! I'm always happy to meet a fellow Floridian here at planDisney!
Oh no! It sounds like your vacation plans have hit a bit of a snag. I'm hoping it's a simple fix, so let's see if we can set things right. If your tickets are
linked to your My Disney Experience account and haven't been used yet, we should be able to just
reassign them to the correct Guests. You can do this on a computer or on the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone, but we'll go through the steps on a computer browser here.
First, head over to the
Walt Disney World website and click on the blue link right above the menu bar that says "Sign In or Create Account," then log in. Next, scroll down a bit to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab just below that. You should see all of the tickets linked to your account, and which Guest each is assigned to. If the ticket can be reassigned, you'll see a drop down menu to the right that will allow you to select the name of the correct Guest, or to manually add a new one if you need to. Once you've reassigned the tickets, you can make
Disney Park Pass reservations for your whole party, and they should show up in the "My Plans" section of your account.
If you're still having trouble getting your tickets matched up to the correct Guests, you'll want to
give Disney's Guest Relations a call at the number listed under "My Disney Experience and MagicBands" and have a Cast Member help you out. Next thing you know, your vacation plans will be back on track!
I hope I was able to help you, Debbie! Have a magical time at the Walt Disney World Resort, and please come back and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
