    I purchased park tickets for 12/29/22 but was not able to make park reservations for that day. Will I still be able to enter the park?

    Thank you kindly for bringing this excellent question to planDisney, I apologize for your inconvenience, and I appreciate your patience. At this time, Xee, all visiting Guests must have a Theme Park Reservation for each day of valid theme park admission (subject to change).

    Xee, quite often, when Guests purchase their Disneyland Resort theme park tickets on the official Disney website, a Theme Park Reservation is made at the time of purchase, therefore, the first thing I would like you to do is to sign into your Disney account online and select the Ticket and Reservation Details link beneath the My Disneyland planning dropdown on the top right of the website page. This area will show your existing theme park tickets and Theme Park Reservations - I really hope you see your Theme Park Reservations.

    You can also use the Disneyland Mobile App to locate your Theme Park Reservations. Once signed into the app, from the main page select the Feature Menu (three stacked lines on the bottom right) to proceed to your Welcome Xee page. From there kindly select the Future Plans tile to view any existing Theme Park Reservations.

    Xee, if you do not see any Theme Park Reservations, since at this point you are very close to your intended visit, I would highly recommend contacting Disneyland Resort – Tickets for direct support and direction and asking them about adding the Park Hopper option to your existing tickets since your visit is so soon. As well, I would advise continually refreshing the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar page as some Guests do change their plans which may be good news for you.

    Use the handy features in the Disneyland Mobile App to add greater convenience to your visit and save time waiting in lines that offer the Lightning Lane entrance by purchasing the Disney Genie+ service as soon as you enter a theme park!
