Howdy Lorna!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for stopping by and sharing your question with us!
I know you are looking forward to your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! Since you have a credit with the Walt Disney World Resort, you will need to call the Walt Disney World Resort to obtain your tickets. When you
call, you will be able to speak with a Cast Member, and at that point, you will be able to have your credit applied to your new tickets. The Cast Member will inquire about your dates and help you to link your new tickets into your
My Disney Experience and settle any difference in price if needed.
The Walt Disney World Resort has been doing a fantastic job keeping guests safe! They have implemented many safety factors such as minimal person-to-person contact and proper physical distancing. They are doing a great job helping all guests with prior reservations that had to be canceled and modifications to accommodate all guests!
Once you have your new tickets linked, you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. When you open up the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System, you will see the option to “Make a Park Reservation.” When you click on this option, you will be prompted to “Sign In” to your My Disney Experience. After signing into your My Disney Experience, you will need to choose your party in your “Family & Friends List.” If you do not see everyone in your entire party listed, then you will need to add them before making your Disney Park Pass Reservations if you are making reservations for your entire party. Once your party is chosen, you will be prompted to select your dates and which park you plan to visit for each date. Since you are planning to visit next April, I have great news for you! You can make your Disney Park Pass Reservations right now!
Your vacation will be here before you know it! To stay informed about the
50th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort and so much more that will be in full bloom during your visit next spring, check the Disney Parks Blog! If you have any more questions as you continue to plan your vacation, please return to planDisney, Lorna!
We look forward to helping you again!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
