Lisa from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have purchased park tickets, genie+, park reservations & Magic Band+ for the three of us. If each band has its own ticket, genie+, etc does that mean each person has to do their own G+ ride reservations? Rise ticket purchase? Virtual Que for WOC?

Welcome, Lisa! We are so excited to have you here at planDisney. I can see that we are just a few short weeks away from your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. It's time to pack up those Minnie ears and put the finishing touches on the magic!

I can tell that you are a planner at heart, much like us here at planDisney. With tickets, Genie+theme park reservations, and MagicBand+ ready to go for everyone in your party, your flying carpet should have no issues sailing through that Main Entrance Gate. I have some really good news for you! With just a few taps of your magic wand, you can select Lightning Lanes, purchase Individual Lightning Lanes, and join Virtual Queues for everyone in your party as long as each ticket is linked to your account. If you purchased the tickets yourself, this is automatic! If not, it will just take an extra step to get you all setup!

Open up your Disneyland Mobile App and head to "Tickets & Passes" from the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. This is where you will see any active tickets that are already linked to your account. Scroll left to see additional tickets and to double-check that your full party is there. If you don't see someone or you need to link any additional Guests, simply tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". You'll be able to scan the barcode or manually enter the ticket number. I can understand wanting to be the Disneyland team captain, but if anyone else in your party would like to be able to make Lightning Lane selections for the group, they would go through the same linking process from within their account. Co-captains in magic!

Once everyone is linked, when you enter the park and open up the app, you will be able to make that first Lightning Lane selection or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance or Radiator Springs Racers. You can tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar and select "My Genie Day & Tip Board". The tip board will show you any current wait times and this is where you can also book or purchase Lightning Lanes. When you select an attraction, it will pull up any eligible tickets that are linked to your account for you to select. With a few quick taps, those Lightning Lanes are yours!

For the World of Color virtual queue, the process will be very similar and usually, there is access directly from the homepage of your app. You can look for "World of Color: Request Access with Virtual Queue". You will just need to have entered Disney California Adventure Park (or Disneyland Park if you have a Park Hopper) that morning with the queue opening at 12:00 p.m. on performance days. Those Guests with tickets will automatically load and you can select who you are booking for. Then just sit back and watch the water come to life! You'll even get to see the holiday version of this spectacular show - World of Color - Season of Light!

Lisa, I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
