Hi Corrie! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! Total bummer you will miss on the magic. I am really sorry to read you will miss the trip, but happy the rest of the family will be arriving in time for
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make sure you ask them to find and take selfies with the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Celebration statues at all four theme parks. My favorite is Donald Duck in front of
Cinderella Castle at
Magic Kingdom Park.
So, I must tell you, once a child's profile is set up,
you cannot change who manages plans for that child. You may want to phone the
My Disney Experience Help Center to speak to a friendly Cast Member. Alternatively, try utilizing the chat feature online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to connect to a Cast Member.
Your family does however have other options to gain park entry without having to change or transfer ticket management. First, make sure your wife has linked your children to her "Family & Friend List." In your app, scroll down to verify you have "Yes, share my Family & Friends list" selected. I am assuming the two of you are linked, so this should be good to go. If you manage any
MagicBands or ticket cards for your children, verify they are active under "MagicBands & Cards." Once this is done, those will serve as their ticket to enter the theme parks.
Alternatively, set up
Disney's MagicMobile Pass for the children. Once created, you will have the option to share their pass with your wife. She can save it to her Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or Digital Wallet. Open the app, click on the bottom three horizontal lines and select "Disney MagicMobile" followed by the "+" sign. Follow the prompts to create unique passes for the children. After, click "Select Passes to Share" and complete the process. Bibbiddi-Bobbiddi-Boo!
