    I purchased park tickets for Disney World made the reservations for 6/22, 6/23, 6/25, 6/26 I have not received a confirmation for the reservation as of today or an ID number for reservation Credit card has been charged for the tickets Please advise

    Hey there, Laura! Welcome to planDisney! Since summer will be here before you know it, I’m excited to see that you are confirming the details of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Summers at Disney are no less magical, but they can be a bit warm. I’m a lot like Olaf, and summer can turn me into a puddle real quick! With that said, be sure to plan to relax, recharge, and cool off in your Disney Resorts Collection hotel pool during your visit!

    In my opinion, the My Disney Experience app is the best (and quickest) way to confirm and manage upcoming plans. If you already have the app downloaded to your device, simply open the app, select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right, and choose “Future Plans.” Your Disney Park Pass reservations should show up here. If not, you can always reach out to an Existing Tickets Cast Member, and they would be happy to look into it for you. 

    On a recent trip to the parks, I did not receive a confirmation email for my Theme Park reservations either. But after seeing the reservations in the My Disney Experience app, I was able to rest assured that everything had gone through smoothly. Additionally, I received an automated email reminder a few days before my theme park reservation dates. So monitor your email as your trip approaches, and maybe some magic will land in your inbox too!
