we purchased park tickets just before covid, we had to postpone due to travel restrictions.. I went into my account and kept changing the dates.. I went it last month and now they are gone...

Hello and welcome to planDisney, David! Thank you for taking the time to visit us today. It is a pleasure to help fellow Guests with their Disney vacation planning questions!

I am from Brazil, and I had the same issue, David. I had tickets that were impacted by the pandemic, but I could not use them by the extended expiration date. When I finally selected new travel dates, I signed in to My Disney Experience, but I could no longer view my tickets. Do not worry! Your tickets are still in your account, but you cannot view them anymore because they have expired.

Whenever you choose new visit dates, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be happy to help you apply the amount paid for your unused tickets toward the purchase of new admission (extra charges may apply). Before selecting new dates, remember to view Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly and link tickets to your account to make new Disney Park Pass reservations.

I hope this information is helpful, David! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
