If I purchased a park ticket with water park option but reflect for example: valid from Friday the 1st to Saturday the 2nd (does this range date apply only for the theme park right, not the water park). Might I use to the water park for day before the 30th

    Hiya Marcela,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy that you are here and brought your question to us today. There is nothing more refreshing in the summer months in Orlando than visiting a water park. Luckily Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is open and ready to help you beat the heat.

Your question was definitely a tricky one, but hopefully, I can shine a light and make it a lot simpler. When you purchase a Theme Park ticket with a Park Hopper Plus Option, you have a 5-day window to utilize your tickets. Note you do not have to use your Theme Park Tickets and Water Park tickets on the same day or on consecutive dates, but they will expire five days after the first use. So, for example, if you decide to visit Disney's Typhoon Lagoon on June 30th, then you will have to use your Theme Park tickets and remaining visits to the water park by July 5th. Now, if you purchased your Theme Park tickets with a start date of July 1st already, then you would need to change the dates for your visit to have your ticket start date be June 30th to enter Typhoon Lagoon. Once you change your dates, you can utilize your tickets within the five-day window of June 30th-July 4th.

I hope that this answers your question, Marcela! If you would like help on how to change your ticket date for June 30th. Follow these simple steps:

    1. First, open and log into your My Disney Experience mobile app.
    2. Next, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner.
    3. On the proceeding page, select the tile marked "Tickets and Passes."
    4. Then select "Change Tickets" and the Theme Park ticket you would like to modify.
    5. Pick your new date (June 30th) and check out (note that your Theme Park ticket price may change due to the modification).

Be sure to update your Disney Park Pass Reservations for the Theme Parks if necessary, and you will be good to go! Last tip, check out the planDisney podcast episode below to learn more about Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. It is such a great way to prepare for your visit!

    Happy Planning,
