I am very sorry to hear you cannot travel due to health issues. I have asked Tinker Bell to send some pixie-dust your way for a speedy recovery! Take care of yourself, and when you least expect, you will be able to reschedule your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Although theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you are welcome to keep your ticket in your Disney account and make modifications to use it for a future visit. If your ticket expires before you can select new visit dates, you will be able to apply the amount initially paid for the ticket toward the purchase of new theme park admission for a future date. For assistance, please contact the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639.
You are also welcome to reassign this ticket to another Guest. First,
sign in to your Disney account to be sure you are connected via
My Family & Friends. If your accounts are not linked, please
send the Guest an invitation to connect. After confirming your accounts are linked, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker, locate the ticket you wish to reassign, select
Reassign and choose a Guest from the list. You can also reassign a ticket via the My Disney Experience mobile app.
