Hiya, Wendy, and welcome to planDisney! This is such a good question.
In the past, I've found myself wondering the same thing after purchasing theme park tickets. There is so much excitement about planning a magical vacation that sometimes I get a random wave of anxiety like, “Wait, did I make sure I have a
theme park reservation?!” Let’s resolve this concern, so you can get back to daydreaming about the
snacks and treats you’re going to try during your upcoming visit to The Happiest Place on Earth.
When purchasing tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort, Guests are prompted to reserve their ticket date before checkout. You can confirm your theme park reservation within the Disneyland
mobile app by opening the app, then scrolling down to “Upcoming Plans” on the home page.
If you do not see it on the home page, here’s another way you can confirm your park reservation:
- Tap the (≡) icon in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down to the “Plan My Next Visit” section.
- Tap “Park Reservations.”
- Tap “Make or Modify Park Reservations.” (This will prompt your phone’s browser to open to a webpage.)
- Scroll down to the “Upcoming Theme Park Reservations” section.
In this section, you should see the date of your upcoming visit along with a list of all members within your party! If you are still having difficulty, you can always connect with a Cast Member via the
Tickets support line.
Bonus Tip: Since you are hopping between both parks during your visit, don’t miss
Soarin’ Over California! This version of
Soarin’ was one of Disney California Adventure’s opening day attractions and will run for a limited time in honor of
the park’s 25th Anniversary.
Wendy, I hope this information was helpful and that you can get back to planning your upcoming park day at Disneyland. If you have any additional questions, feel free to come back and see us here at planDisney!
Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
Karmeen
