    Hello, I purchased 2 park hopper tickets and it says that the passes reached their park reservation limit. What does this mean? Am I unable to make a reservation?

    Hi Jessica! Welcome to planDisney. I'm always so happy to help a fellow Pennsylvanian plan a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! You are just going to love that California sunshine at this time of year!

    Park Hopper Tickets are a great way to enjoy all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer. With the parks so close, you can hop between the two faster than Lightning McQueen and take a spin around Radiator Springs Racers! A few panelists and I timed it this weekend and it takes just over one minute to get from Disneyland Park to Disney California Adventure Park! If you recently purchased your tickets, the system should have prompted you to make your reservations as part of the check-out process. It's possible you already have reservations which is why you are seeing that message. Let's take a look at your account to see what we can find out! 

    When you open up your Disneyland Mobile App, log into the account you used to purchase your original tickets. If you have reservations, the first one will appear just under the "Hello, Guest!" message at the top in "Upcoming Plans". Tap into this section and it will take you to a page where you can scroll to see all reservations that are currently booked for any linked tickets in your account. If for some reason you do not see the "Upcoming Plans", click the "+" along the bottom navigation bar and select "Make a Park Reservation". From here, you should see the option to "View My Park Reservations" to see what you are holding in your account. Reservations can be canceled and rebooked if you need to make any changes, but they are limited and subject to availability. I always like to take a peek at the theme park reservation calendar before making any changes to be sure that my preferences are available. If for some reason you are still not seeing any reservations and the system is not letting you secure them, there is some old, fashioned troubleshooting I recommend like closing out of the app completely and re-opening it! If still no luck, I would go ahead and give our Cast Members in Website Support a call at (714) 520-6222. While reservations cannot be made over the phone, they will be able to take a look into your account and provide some pixie-dusted guidance. 

    With Park Hopping available after 1 p.m. each day, you'll be able to enjoy your mornings in one of the two parks and then hop between the two for the rest of the afternoon! If you have added Genie+ to your ticket, you will be able to toggle between the two parks to make your Lightning Lane selections for even faster access to some favorite attractions. I recently made a Lightning Lane selection for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge while wandering through Avengers Campus at Disneyland California Adventure Park!
