Hey there, Brittny. I'm so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question.
I think you will be happy to know that
park hopping actually returned to Walt Disney World at the beginning of this year. It does look a little bit different than it did previously, which is why I think you might be a little confused. No worries though, we are going to straighten all of the details out for you. To park hop right now, Guests must have standard theme park admission with the park hopper option - which it sounds to me like you do. Then, you'll still need to make a
park pass reservation for the initial theme park you'd like to visit each day. On that day, you'll need to scan in and enter that theme park before continuing on to other theme parks later in the day. That sort of "activates" your park hopper feature each day. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. each day and last until each park closes at night. You do not need to make multiple park pass reservations each day to hop. Just the initial park you will be visiting each day. After that, you are free to come and go to any or all of the other Walt Disney World theme parks you'd like throughout the afternoon and evening. To make park hopping a little bit easier for Guests, complimentary park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided to help you get around the Walt Disney World Resort with ease.
At this time, it is not necessary to make park pass reservations to visit the Walt Disney World Water Parks. However, the only water park that is currently open to Guests is
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. On the day that you'd like to visit, you can just hop on the bus transportation from your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and head on over there. Blizzard Beach is currently open from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day.
I hope this helps, Brittny. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have a great day!
