Hey Amber!
Welcome to
planDisney!
I hope you’re having a great week and getting ready for the holidays! At home we’ve got the Christmas trees up and the holiday playlist on repeat!
Buena Vista Street inside Disney California Adventure Park has opened their doors to guests for select shopping and dining experiences! I hear the garland is up, the holiday music is playing and it smells like Christmas! If you’re planning to head down to the
Downtown Disney District anytime soon, make sure you check out the “
Know Before You Go” page for all the latest information.
I’m so sorry to hear that you were not able to use your theme park tickets at the Disneyland Resort. It’s been a year of constant change and I too have had to reschedule 4 Disney trips this year. The first thing you’re going to want to do is see if your tickets fall into any of
these categories. If they don’t then the Disneyland Resort is not providing extensions at this time. The tickets will be valid for admission until their respective expiration date. Most of the time, you can use the value paid of an expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket if prices have increased. With so much uncertainty right now and no opening of the theme parks in sight, we don’t know if the Disneyland Resort will offer any additional extensions or offers to those with expired tickets. I encourage you to call
Ticket Services to see what your exact options are for your type of ticket.
Well Amber, I wish I had better news for you. Feel free to check in with us at a later time or call Ticket Services for immediate assistance.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
