    I purchased a park hopper ticket for my mother who info was not able to get off work and will be unable to us the ticket. Can I change the name on the ticket so that it can be used?

    I’m sorry to hear your mother isn’t able to join in on the magic and fun at the Happiest Place on Earth. She can save her ticket for another day, since there’s plenty of time to use it before the expiration date. Alternatively, you can contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a friendly Cast Member who will gladly assist you in reassigning the ticket. As there are many Guests trying to sort out their Theme Park Tickets, there may be a slight wait before connecting to a Cast Member, but it will be worth it, and you’ll be on your merry way to the Happiest Place on Earth in no time!
