Gloria from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased a park hopper ticket for my elderly mom along with 3 others, my family and I are going on July 30, but due to the uprise of covid variant, she no longer feels safe going, we are asking to have 1 ticket refunded. If you can please help.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Gloria!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to help you have the most MAGICAL time!

I am so sorry that your elderly mom does not feel comfortable in traveling to the Disneyland Resort. I can assure you that Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard on keeping all Guests as safe as possible in order for every person to enjoy the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!

I want to let you know that all purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable at this time. My recommendation would be to watch the expiration date and then choose another date where your mom would feel more comfortable to experience the Disney Theme Parks.

There are exciting announcements being made about the Disneyland Resort all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels. Oh, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
