I purchased a park hopper ticket and I want to change my starting park from California Adventure Park to the Disneyland park. How can I do this?

Hello, Rosa! We are honored that you stopped by planDisney with your question. I see you have a trip planned to Disneyland Resort very soon!

While there are no options to modify your park reservations, you would simply cancel your current reservation and make a new one. I always advise checking the Theme Park Availablity Calendar first for your new desired date and/or park (select the Park Hopper option). Then, hover over the "My Disneyland" tab on the top navigation bar and select "Ticket and Reservation Details" on the Disneyland website. Scroll down to "View My Park Reservations," and then click "cancel" next to the reservation you want to change. You can then make new park reservations using the same process you did when you purchased your tickets- you'll select your new date and park. Once everything is finalized, you should receive a confirmation for your new park reservations via email. I hope this helps!

With Disneyland Park a quick walk across the esplanade from Disney California Adventure Park, it's easy to park hop. Guests with Park Hopper tickets can travel back and forth between the parks starting at 1:00 PM each day. By the way, you can make Genie+ and individual Lightning Lane selections for your second park while you're still in your first park! See the Disneyland website for some video tutorials if you plan to use Disney Genie+ Service.

    Have a magical time, Rosa!
