I spoke with a Cast Member back at the clubhouse, and while you aren't permitted to transfer your round from
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course to
Disney's Magnolia Golf Course, if you arrive at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course to play as a walk-up, you will receive a discount based on your Park Hopper Plus entitlement. Single or twosome walk-up golfers will have the best chance to play, so if you are flying solo, arrive early and you will likely be accommodated. Disney's Palm, Magnolia, and Oak Trail Golf Courses are located just around the river bend from the
Magic Kingdom Park and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you're looking to enjoy a relaxing meal after your round, consider the
Grand Floridian Café. Since you'll be visiting during
the merriest time of year, the resort lobby will be even more majestic than usual. Just today, the
Disney Parks Blog broke the news that resort hotel gingerbread displays will be back this holiday season, and I can't wait!
