Christine from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased 5 park hopper passes for March 31-April 1 - April 2. I have them printed out but the DATES AREN'T WRITTEN ON THE TICKETS! Does this mean something? Do NOT want a problem when show up at your gates the 31st!

Hi, Christine. Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. The dates not being on your tickets may not mean anything. However, there are a couple of ways to double-check your reservation date, so let's get to it!

The first place to check your theme park reservation dates is by looking at your confirmation email for your ticket purchase or the reservation confirmation, if you changed your original reservation dates. If you can't access either of those, then head over to the Disneyland Resort website and log into your Disney account. Head to "My Plans" under the "My Disneyland" option at the top of the page. On that screen, all of your reservation dates should be listed below, including any dining reservations or Enchanting Extras that you may have booked for your visit. If you don't see any reservation dates on that page, you will want to go ahead and make park reservations by clicking the blue link below the "Theme Park Reservations" heading.

Additionally, if your tickets have been linked to your Disneyland Mobile App, you can also check your theme park reservation dates there. Click on the hamburger icon (the three horizontal lines at the bottom right on the app home screen) and then tap on "Future Plans." This will show you all upcoming plans including theme park ticket reservations for any ticket linked to your Disney account.

Christine, if you find that you're still having trouble with your reservation dates, you can always reach out to Ticket Services. Make sure to have your ticket ID numbers and they should be able to assist you!

I hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by!

    See you in the parks,
    Melissa
