Hi Dean! A warm welcome to planDisney.
Thank you for sending us your great question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket expiration dates!
Newer tickets, such as the one you purchased last year, expire depending on the length of the ticket. For example, a 4-day ticket expires 7 days after its first use, and a 9-day ticket expires 13 days after its first use. You can view a
complete list of ticket lengths and their corresponding expiration dates by visiting this link.
Because you could not use your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets with Park Hopper option due to the ongoing pandemic, your theme park tickets are still valid! Theme park tickets do not begin to expire until they are first used.
However, if you would like to
check if your theme park tickets are expired anyway or have older tickets, it’s quite simple to do so! If you want to check from home, please email
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following information:
-- Photograph or scan of the front and back of your ticket
-- Your full name
-- Where and when ticket your ticket was purchased
-- The purchaser’s name and form of payment used
-- A phone number where you can be reached during the day
While they always strive to get back to you as soon as possible, a reply may take up to 14 business days. Please keep this in mind if you plan on visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth soon.
If you prefer to check your tickets in person upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, you can do so at the following locations:
-- Any of the ticket windows at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks or water parks
-- Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
-- Guest Relations at Disney Springs
